Not included in the rates are currently applicable fees and taxes which are:

City of SeaTac Tax - 10.00% Washington State Sales Tax
Payment is accepted at drop-off via Visa, Master Card, American Express, or cash.
Our minimum charge is the price of parking for 2 days. All rates are calculated in half day increments.
On late pickups, customers will be charged the daily rate without a discount after the scheduled pickup date.
On early pickups, customers will be given a free parking voucher for the unused days to use on future trips.
Partially used prepaid packages are not refundable.
Park N Jet reserves the right to decline or charge a surcharge on certain over sized or modified vehicles.
We reserve the privilege of moving the vehicle within the lot. Park N Jet assumes no responsibility for articles left in the vehicle or damage by fire, theft, mechanical defects, electrical defects, windshield cracks, or damage in any case except through our own negligence.
Should Park N Jet agree to make repairs to customers' vehicles at its expense, Park N Jet has the right to choose the place and person to make any agreed upon repairs.
Customer's rights to filing a claim are contingent upon the customer completing an inspection of his/her vehicle upon dropping and picking up his/her vehicle. In order to prevent false claims, we ask that you carefully inspect your car upon drop off.
Our lot is an outdoor surface parking. The vehicle is accepted for parking only. We are not responsible for the drained battery or any damage due to the weather conditions such as any interior or exterior damage due to Sun, windshield cracks, freezing locks, doors, wipers or any other effect on the vehicle due to temperature variation, and natural phenomena like tree leaves, dust, wind, pollen etc.
In case of damage claim, loss, or complaint, customer is responsible for filing the damage claim form, driving through the video scanning system, making sure that our staff has taken pictures of the damage before the vehicle leaves the parking lot if not so made, any such claim is waived by the customer.
Court actions by the customer for any claim must be filed within 30 days from the date of claim, in a court of jurisdiction where claimed loss occurred.
